Bianca Paige Fit
Bianca Paige is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a mission to Aspire to Inspire.
As a trainer, she prides herself in providing the positive push and tough love all clients need. She wants you to accomplish what you want and feel damn good about that.
After teaching Music Therapy to adults with Cerebral Palsy and Down Syndrome, she realized that to inspire and impact change was her true passion, and her purpose was to change lives through fitness.
Bianca was a group fitness instructor at the non-profit Shape Up NYC, which brings free fitness to community spaces all over New York, was a daily content creator at WW around behavior changing through food, activity, sleep, and mindset, and still successfully runs her own independent private training business.
She has been certified by many established institutions including but not limited to, NASM, AFAA, TRX, ISCA, and AFSA. Her special skills include but are not limited to functional strength training, jump rope, boxing, kettlebells, weight lifting, athletic sports conditioning, yoga, and pilates.
