Canopie

Canopie is a digital platform to prevent and address symptoms of maternal depression and anxiety. Their program is served up in a format designed for busy moms. It’s available 24/7 (sometimes you need help at 2 am), delivered in audio form (allowing moms to keep their hands free), and each session is under five minutes (because what new mom has half an hour to burn?)
