We love Liberate because we share the belief that health is multi-dimensional, and should be accessible and approachable to the masses. We are constantly working on our physical fitness, but people often forget about the importance of mental fitness. We spend so much of our time at work, and there are so many ways we can better this part of our lives that are often forgotten. They also regularly donate to organizations like Feeding America, NAMI, ACLU, and more, and work hard to employ a diverse workforce - they even have a DEI and mindfulness expert as part of their team!
