INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Both the pillow and eye mask have removable covers which can be machine-washed. The eye mask cover is a sleeve, while the pillow cover has a zipper. The lying mats do not have removable covers and need to be spot cleaned using water or most spray cleaners.
