INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Take one scoop (2.8 g) at night with 8 fl. oz. of warm water. Sleep Support was formulated to be mixed with warm water, but cold water can be used as well. You can also add this powder to any liquid such as juice or a smoothie.
